If you are looking for a new fan for your home, then you will probably already have seen for yourself that there are a lot of different types to choose from.
One of the types that has seen a lot of popularity in recent years is the bladeless fan. This type of fan is often favoured because they are more stylish and more importantly, they are a lot safer for the family home.
The way that bladeless fans work is actually quite straightforward. Typically, they will have a brushless motor contained within the pedestal section of the fan.
As this motor rotates, it feeds air into the tube section of the fan. Cool air is then pushed out through slits in the tube which is what gives you your cold air.
As we have mentioned already, these fans are far more stylish and much safer. Choosing the right one for your needs is quite difficult because there are a lot of them to choose from.
If you are interested in buying a bladeless fan then please read on below where we have tested and reviewed what we think are the best bladeless fans on the market right now.

The number 1 spot on our list of the best bladeless fans goes to the Dyson AM09. Anyone who is familiar with Dyson will know that they have an incredible reputation for high quality, reliable products, so we expected to be impressed with this fan and we were not disappointed.
First of all, let's talk quickly about the design of this bladeless fan. What instantly attracted us to this one was the futuristic design. It looks absolutely fantastic and will fit into any room easily. After examining the design, we were ready to get started with our tests.
The first thing that we would like to say about operating this fan is that it is very simple indeed. All of the controls are self explanatory and it is really easy to set a precise temperature. One of the features that we really liked with this one is the ability to switch between wide and narrow circulation modes with ease.
We found this really helpful for heating or cooling specific areas within a short amount of time. Another feature that we were really happy with is the 9 hour timer. We found that by using this we were able to set the perfect heating or cooling schedule overnight.
For those with a larger room, the Dyson AM09 comes with a handy remote that is very reliable. A final thing that we were really pleased with is the noise level. This fan is whisper quiet.
The only downside is that it is very expensive, but it is absolutely worth the money that you can expect to spend.
Features: Hot and Cold - Bladeless - 7.5 Hour Timer - Remote Control - 71.1 x 44.5 x 33.5 cm - 5.74kg
Next on our list of the best bladeless fans is the Silentnight 38009. Before we had tested this fan, we weren't even aware that Silentnight made fans and things, so we weren't sure whether it would be any good or not but we were definitely impressed.
The first thing that we really liked with this bladeless fans is that the design is incredibly cool and unique. Designed to be slimline; the Silentnight 38009 looks fantastic in modern surroundings. We were really impressed.
Another thing that we liked about the design of this bladeless fan is that the buttons to access the controls are neatly positioned down the side of the fan. They are easy to access and make choosing the different settings no trouble at all.
All three wind speeds are incredibly effective; even the lowest speed setting creates a nice cooling effect. The remote control is a nice additional feature, too. The only downside is that the degree of oscillation is only 60 degrees, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The final spot on our list of the best bladeless fans goes to this one from Hamkaw. We chose to test this bladeless fan because we wanted to add an affordable model to our list, and this was definitely the best one that we tested.
The design of the Hamkaw Bladeless Fan is brilliant. It is quite similar to the Dyson bladeless fan above, but it is a more affordable version. Something that we really liked about the design of this one is that it is compact enough to be used as a desk fan.
We tested out the cooling function and we were really pleased to notice that it cools the temperature in a very short space of time indeed. The only downside is that it doesn't have a heating function. As well as this, there is the fact that the fan can be a little noisy.
Although there are a couple of downsides, the positives far outweigh the negatives and we would definitely recommend this one as an affordable.
We have tried to test and review a bladeless fan from each price range, so we hope that after reading through our reviews you are now able to make a decision on the right model for your needs personally.
