Acoolir Bladeless Tower Fan Review
Acoolir are an Amazon marketplace based seller for a variety of cooling products. These include water coolers, compact camping coolers, and of course tower fans. Their products tend to be luxury, higher end products with a price tag and design philosophy to reflect that.
A main competitor for Dyson, Acoolir offer more sleek designs as opposed to your standard tower fans. Acoolir fans are more of a hoop than a traditional tower shape.

The company offers a bladeless fan design, an obvious attempt to compete with the Dyson airblades. However, does the product range hold up? Do they meet the industry mark?
With a price tag just short of £180, you would hope that Acoolir know what they're doing. Luckily for you though, you have us to help you make that decision.
Is an Acoolir fan worth the asking price? Does the bladeless fan range do enough to warrant such a large investment into the product?
Features of Acoolir Fans
Being a bladeless fan, safety will never be an issue when it comes to this Acoolir product. There are no sharp edges spinning to keep the air circulating.
Similarly, the cords and materials provided and packed with an Acoolir fan are current tight. This means you don't have to worry about materials faults or electrical accidents.
The lack of blades also make an Acoolir fan remarkably quiet. You will never exceed more than fifty decibels using this fan, perfect for new families with babies and small children.
Standard tower fans also come with three speed settings normally, however Acoolir go above and beyond that industry standard. This fan boasts ten settings for speed and air.
That's more than triple the usual settings available on most tower fans. In addition, different flow settings can totally change the atmosphere of a room when the fan is on.

Benefits of Acoolir Fans
Acoolir bladeless fans come with a remote control, as well as other features that prioritise user friendliness above all else.
Even if you prefer to do things manually and not use the remote control provided, you can still find a number of ways to adjust your fan.
An Acoolir fan can rotate a near complete 180 degrees, and the stand height can be adjusted. This is ideal if you are working on the floor, playing with children, or cleaning up after pets.
On top of the other safety features included, the Acoolir fan will also turn off automatically if it is knocked over. Saving you a lot of money should this unfortunately happen.
Acoolir fans also come complete with two timer modes. The first is a nine hour timer, perfect for keeping on over the day while you work and relax.
If that's not enough however, this blade free beauty comes with a sleep mode as well. Gently lowering in power over an extended period of time.
While you start to doze off, your fan will too. Until eventually both of you will manage to get switched off.
Downsides to the Acoolir Fan Range
The main gripe with the product is the materials used in the manufacturing. Made out of plastic with a small LED display, it does appear rather cheap.
On top of this, setting the fan to oscillate can highlight the cheapness of its production. Each full oscillation is often accompanied by a loud thunk as it turns again.
Results also tend to vary on the success and power of the fan, as many say it cools no better than a common store brand fan.
The design also isn't for everyone. Acoolir have clearly tried to mimic the Dyson design, and both fans do end up looking rather strange.
Rather than something for the home, like most tower fans, the Acoolir range looks like something pulled straight from a science fiction story.

Our Review
So is the Acoolir bladeless fan really worth such a luxury price tag? Is the product fittingly luxurious to reflect this retail pricing?
Ultimately, we would have to say no. Unless you are living in an ultra modern condo, the design will be difficult to blend into your house.
Not to mention that you may find the fan to be extremely weak. Perhaps on the higher settings you can enjoy a solid breeze, but then the fan may still be as noisy as a normal fan (despite how Acoolir advertise it).
The final issue is with Acoolir themselves, who seem to change the price quite eagerly. You could end up paying £180 for this fan, or as low as £100.
Rather than set a price and rely on good product reviews, customer service, and competitive features, Acoolir instead opt to try and catch customers with varying price ranges.
